Orders cancelled after delivery
A 50% Restocking fee shall apply to any order cancelled following delivery to the purchaser. LAB Midwest must be notified of the purchaser’s intent to return any product within 5 working days of product delivery. The Restocking Fee is calculated by multiplying the gross amount of the purchase order, excluding freight and shipping costs, by the Restocking Fee percentage. Product must be returned in its Original, Unopened (New) condition. Restocking fees must be paid prior to product return. Purchaser shall be responsible for all return shipping costs. To initiate this process contact LAB Midwest for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Orders cancelled prior to delivery
A 40% Cancellation Fee shall apply to any order cancelled prior to delivery. The Cancellation Fee is calculated by multiplying the gross amount of the purchase order, excluding freight and shipping costs, by the Cancellation Fee percentage.
