Autonomous Vehicles Research Studio by Quanser is a complete research platform that provides opportunities for unique multi-vehicle research through variety of modules. Using the open-architecture autonomous QDrone and QBot 2e you have all the tools to build up an existing platform or create a completely new research studio
Learners will understand how to collaborate between multiple vehicle types and multiple vehicles. With this studio learners can practice working individually or in a swarm with whatever vehicles required for their research applications. With the studio software learners can research through a variety of customizable modules that enables researchers to build high-level applications and reconfigure low-level processes. Using the modules as a basis more topics can be explored such as advance fight control, machine vision, SLAM, autonomy and more.
The studio comes with everything necessary to start research. The QDrone is a quadrotor air vehicle with powerful on-board intel Aero Compute Board and multiple high-resolution cameras and integrated sensors. The QBot 2e has a wide range of built-in sensors and vision system.
