Teach the fundamentals of CNC machining the the MicroMill / MicroTurn Duo, a compact two-in-one machine that’s perfect for education.

The Denford Duo combines the MicroMill CNC Milling Machine and MicroTurn CNC Lathe into one compact machine, complete with tooling and software. It’s the most space-efficient way to teach your students the foundational skills in computer-controlled machining, giving them the option to use either manufacturing process to build their projects.

This machine can fabricate parts in materials such as wood, wax, plastic, acrylic and free-cutting alloys.

With the duo machine, learners will develop foundational skills for CNC machining on both mills and lathes. These topics include CNC safety, startup and shutdown blocks, tool selection, basic CNC programming, feeds and speeds, canned cycles, and more.
