The EDU-MiLL by Levil is a two-in-one CNC mill and 3D printer. The revolutionary design makes it affordable for a classroom to teach both additive and subtractive manufacturing on a single machine.
The EDU-MiLL comes with an industry-standard FANUC control which can be used to control both the mill and the 3D print head. The machine is capable of printing both plastic and metals.
Teach your students both additive and subtractive manufacturing processes on one single machine! Students will learn to program and operate a 3-axis CNC mill with an industry-standard FANUC control, using a variety of materials. Then, using a simple magnetic locking mechanism, add a single or dual head FDM 3D printhead to teach additive manufacturing, in a variety of plastics and metals.
