LAB Midwest’s CEO Renee Kirchner joined the LAB Midwest leadership team in 2008. Since then LAB Midwest’s customers have come to value her enthusiasm for customer care and her technical and engineering expertise. Renee holds Bachelor’s and Master’s-level engineering degrees and prior to joining the LAB Midwest team she developed, designed and marketed sophisticated medical devices and monitoring equipment for Criticare Systems, Inc. Named on four U.S. Patents, Renee’s combination of project management experience, creative technical design expertise and knowledge of technical education provides unparalleled vision and project execution for the benefit of LAB Midwest’s clients.

Joined LAB Midwest in 2015, bringing over 20 years of executive level industrial and manufacturing experience to the LAB Midwest leadership team, including a first-hand perspective of the key role a skilled workforce plays in the success of an industrial enterprise. Most recently Matt served for seven years as the Chief Executive Officer of American Finishing Resources, LLC. Previously Matt served for over a decade as President and Chief Executive Officer of ABQC Corporation. With a 250,000 square foot facility, ABQC is one of the largest contract metal finishers in North America. In the mid-1990s Matt held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Innovative Control Systems, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation that develops and manufactures high-tech security and asset protection systems for healthcare facilities. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marquette University.
