DN Solutions DEM 4000 VMC by FANUC is a 3-axis vertical milling machine with a FANUC 0i-F Plus control that is ideal for new and experienced machinists alike. It’s compact yet feature-rich, with a 650mm x 400mm table, 10hp 8,000 rpm spindle and 20 tool ATC. The DEM 4000 is part of the FANUC-Doosan partnership to provide high-performance CNC machines that are compact and accessible to education using the industry-leading control systems. Curriculum is available – including instructor guides and training, student curriculum, CNC simulation software, student certification programs, and tabletop CNC simulation trainers.
Using the DEM 4000 learners will develop hands on skills including topics like like movement control, using cutting tools and holders, milling concepts, digital readout and more.
