The Dual Pump Working Demonstrator (102-PDTM2C) from Bayport Technical provides training on the workings of disc pumps. This demonstrator can run one pump in normal mode while the other can show the results of aeration or reduced fluid flow and the pump’s inlet.
Using the Dual Pump Working Demonstrator learns will be able to demonstrate how this type of pump prevents cavitation while also handling a large amount of air entrained in the fluid (pseudo-cavitation/aeration). With its clear reservoir, volute, DC motor and vacuum pressure gauges, learner will gain hands on experience with the operation of centrifugal pump systems.
