The FANUC ER-4iA from FANUC is a 6-axis industrial robotic arm used for material handling, assembly, and a variety of other applications. This unit allows learners to apply their skills to a real-world industry standard robot, using the fundamentals of robot programming and operation. This cart was developed from combining FANUC DCS Position and Speed Check software.
The FANUC CERT Program equips learners with knowledge in the field of advanced robotics, including the types of robots, end-of-arm tools, robot safety, programming, and editing. Learners will learn how to program robots using industrial grade robotic simulation software and authentic industrial robot technology. Key learning objectives are:
Upon completion of the course curriculum, students will be eligible to receive an industry-recognized certification in robot operations and programming, and in many cases, transferable credits that can be applied in their next level of learning.
This cart will ft through a standard door and runs off 110V power. The Fenceless cart allows a greater work envelope and introduces students to the latest in integrated safety products from FANUC and Allen Bradley.
Can accommodate ER-4iA, LR Mate 200iD or LR Mate 200iD/4S
The CRX is designed to be used with minimal programming knowledge. FANUC provides eLearning for the CRX that teaches setup and installation, manual operation, lead-through programming, pick-and-place operations, and using iRVision capabilities.
