Learning Outcomes

The 950-MPF1 delivers comprehensive training in mechanical fabrication and assembly through hands-on practice with industrial-quality tools and components. Learners will gain practical experience identifying bolt types, sizes, and grades; selecting and applying appropriate wrenches; installing washers and fasteners correctly; fabricating pneumatic systems with proper fitting installation; performing leak detection using soap solution testing methods; calculating and applying proper torque values; and operating hand tools and portable power tools safely and effectively. The system teaches real-world techniques used in manufacturing facilities, such as pressure seal verification in noisy plant floor environments. Learning outcomes include:
